Little Cottage New Forest is pleased to be accepted as a member of the New Forest Marque - an organisation dedicated to supporting and showcasing the best of the New Forest growers and producers.
The restoration of Little Cottage used a local Master Thatcher and local craftsmen. Inside Little Cottage, New Forest Marque crafted products are used, and many of the items we leave you for your first breakfast will be from New Forest Marque sources.
The Little Cottage
Selection Hamper is popular: guests get their choice of items with
silver stars - one star for every night of their stay. This
is packed with local New Forest Marque products: wine, spring
water, chocolate, jams, honey, chutneys, soaps, cosmetics, craft
items, dog treats etc.
Every set of guests get
a copy of the latest New Forest Marque booklet "Where to buy and
enjoy New Forest Produce" and we carry leaflets and flyers for many
of the other producers - for instance those whose food products
have a shorter life, and so although we highly recommend them we
can't keep a stock.
